Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

  • Portugal:
    Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

     

  • European Union:
    Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and subscription plan.

  • Free or reduced shipping may apply during promotional periods or for subscription customers (where advertised).

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most countries in the EU.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. MyDailyPocket is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

  • While we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, please note that unexpected courier delays, customs checks, or force majeure events may occasionally extend delivery times.

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at contacts@mydailypocket.com with your order number.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be provided once your order has shipped. You can monitor your delivery status directly with our courier partner.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We want you to love your MyDailyPocket. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact our support team within 30 days at contacts@mydailypocket.com. We will investigate with the courier and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
