Refund policy

At MyDailyPocket, your satisfaction is important to us. We want to make sure you feel confident about your purchase and/or subscription. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.  Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed boxes/sachets.

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers (only orders placed directly on www.mydailypocket.com are eligible).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.


3. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at contacts@mydailypocket.com with your order number and reason for return and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details within 2 business days.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contacts@mydailypocket.com, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


6. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us at contacts@mydailypocket.com.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contacts@mydailypocket.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
