About mydailypocket

Two moms.
One kitchen table.
A small obsession with labels.

Lina and Stanislava are two moms raising five children between them. They've lived across multiple countries and share a deep obsession with what actually goes into family supplements.

The gummies were sugar-heavy. The pills were a fight. So they made the powder they wished existed.

We didn't set out to build a brand. We were trying to find something clean, simple, and easy enough to use with our own kids every day.

The vitamin shelf

Between us we have five kids, plus our own vitamin habits to keep up with. Trying to find something clean and easy to take for the whole family turned out to be much harder than it sounded.

The gummies in every supermarket were sugar-heavy and felt more like sweets than supplements. The chewables came with long lists of additives. The grown-up pills were either too big to swallow comfortably, or crammed into capsules nobody wanted to start the day with.

What we wanted

We wanted a daily powder that mixed into water, yogurt, or a smoothie. Natural berry flavour, zero added sugar, and the pack naming the form: folate as L-5-MTHF, B12 as methylcobalamin, minerals as bisglycinate.

A kitchen in Cascais

The idea was born here, over coffee and the kind of parent talk that starts with vitamins and ends with a spreadsheet. From day one, production has run in an EU GMP-certified manufacturing facility, blended and filled to our spec.

We made the powder we wished existed when our oldest was little. Now five of them drink it every morning. So do we.

What we won't do

We won't make a gummy. We won't sweeten with sucralose, aspartame, or acesulfame-K. We won't add synthetic color or hide behind proprietary blends.

The two of us.

Lina

Co-founder · Quality & sourcing.

Hi, I am Lina. I am a mum, certified in nutrition. After years in product and project management, I co-created My Daily Pocket so the pack names the form and the amount.

Stanislava

Hi, I am Stanislava. I’m a wellness explorer and start-up strategist who has road-tested every health hack I could find while raising my kids around the globe. What we believe.

A label should be clear, useful, and honest enough to read at the kitchen table.

01

The pack names the form.

The pack names the form: folate as L-5-MTHF, B12 as methylcobalamin, minerals as bisglycinate.

02

A label should read like a recipe.

If an adult can't understand it, we cut something.

03

Small doses, taken daily.

A vitamin is a daily habit, not a heroic dose.

04

Publish what you'd otherwise hide.

Every batch is independently tested before release.

05

Kids aren't small adults.

Different ages need different formulas.

06

If sugar sells it, we won't make it.

No gummies, no candy positioning, no added sugar.
