Welcome to MyDailyPocket. By accessing or purchasing from our website www.mydailypocket.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or subscribing to our products.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our site.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Subscriptions

  • MyDailyPocket offers subscription-only nutritional supplements. Each subscription provides a recurring monthly supply (30 sachets per box unless otherwise stated).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled or paused.

  • You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account or by contacting us at contacts@mydailypocket.com.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at our discretion, with prior notice where required.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Subscription payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method you provide.

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal until cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to update prices. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to most EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

  • Unopened boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at your own cost, for a refund (excluding shipping fees).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
