This Privacy Policy explains how Elyvita Ltd ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit www.mydailypocket.com (the "Site") and when you buy or subscribe to products under our brand MyDailyPocket.

We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer. All privacy questions and requests are handled by our team at the email above.
1. What personal data we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number.
- Order & account data: login credentials, subscription preferences, order and purchase history.
- Payment data: payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and usage data.
- Communications: the content of emails, messages, and support requests you send us.

3. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with parties that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- E-commerce and hosting: Shopify (our store platform).
- Payment processors: to take and secure payments.
- Fulfilment and shipping partners: to pack and deliver your orders (initially from Bulgaria; later from a fulfilment partner within the EU).
- Analytics and marketing tools: e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, and our email platform — for non-essential analytics/marketing cookies we rely on your consent.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: where we are legally required to disclose.
We never sell your personal data.
4. International data transfers
Some of our providers (for example, Shopify and certain analytics/marketing tools) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. 5. Cookies and tracking

We do not rely on continued browsing as consent for non-essential cookies.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account and order data: for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterwards.
- Accounting and tax records: retained for the period required by Bulgarian law (currently up to 10 years for certain accounting records).
- Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the regulator where we are legally required to in the event of a breach.
8. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability — receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, for marketing), without affecting prior lawful processing.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
9. Right to complain
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian supervisory authority:

10. Marketing communications
We send transactional emails (order, shipping, and billing notices) as part of your contract. We send promotional emails only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
11. Children's privacy
Our products include supplements formulated for children and teenagers, but purchases and accounts are for adults only. You must be 18 or over to buy from us or hold an account, and you are responsible for any child in your care who consumes the product. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If we learn we have collected a child's data without appropriate adult consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
