Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how to return products and get a refund from Elyvita Ltd ("we"), operating the MyDailyPocket brand. It forms part of our [Terms of Service] and works alongside the "Returns and your right to cancel" and "Faulty or non-conforming goods" sections there.

There are three ways you may be entitled to a return or refund. Please read the one that fits your situation.

1. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите).

How to do it:

  1. Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods — email contacts@mydailypocket.com or use the model withdrawal form in the Annex of our [Terms of Service].
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return), to your original payment method.

What we refund: the price you paid for the goods, plus the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, we refund only up to the standard cost. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

Exception for opened supplements: for health and hygiene reasons, this 14-day right does not apply to pouches that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (Art. 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive). Sealed, unopened pouches can be returned under this right.

2. Our 30-day goodwill return (sealed pouches)

On top of your statutory rights, we offer a more generous voluntary return:

  • Return any sealed, unopened pouch within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (this goodwill refund excludes original shipping costs).
  • You pay the return postage.
  • This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right and does not reduce it.
  • We cannot accept opened or used products under this goodwill policy, for hygiene reasons.

How to do it: email contacts@mydailypocket.com with your order number, and we'll give you return instructions. We refund once we receive and inspect the returned pouch.

3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, past its date, or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) under EU and Bulgarian consumer law — at no cost to you, including return postage.

How to do it: contact contacts@mydailypocket.com within a reasonable time of noticing the problem, with your order number and (if possible) a photo. We'll arrange the return and remedy.

4. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds promptly once the conditions above are met; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds.

5. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals — see "Products and subscriptions" in our [Terms of Service]. A return/refund of a pouch already delivered is handled under sections 1–3 above.
