Subscription Policy

At MyDailyPocket, all of our products are offered on a subscription basis. This policy explains how our subscription service works, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and changes.


1. Subscription Terms

  • When you purchase a product from us, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription.

  • Each subscription provides a monthly supply (30 sachets per box unless otherwise stated).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.


2. Billing & Payments

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month (your original order date).

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.


3. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically without notice unless you cancel before your next billing date.

  • We will send email reminders before each renewal, so you always know when your next order is coming.


4. Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at contacts@mydailypocket.com.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before your renewal date.

  • If you cancel after your billing date, your current order will still be processed and shipped.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • A fresh 30-day supply will be shipped to your chosen address each month.

  • Delivery times vary by region; estimated times are provided at checkout.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and may vary by location.


6. Refunds

  • Subscriptions are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Opened products are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are only available for unopened boxes returned within 14 days.


7. Failed Payments

  • If your payment method fails, we will notify you and attempt the charge again.

  • If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until updated payment details are provided.
