As we are established in Bulgaria, the competent ADR bodies are the General Conciliation Commissions at the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, 1 Vrabcha St, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria; www.kzp.bg). The procedure is free of charge for consumers. If a complaint cannot be resolved, we will tell you whether we will take part. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country (part of the ECC-Net) can help you free of charge with a cross-border complaint. You can also find more information and ADR bodies on the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so we no longer link to it. Using ADR does not affect your right to go to court, as set out above.
