Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Elyvita Ltd ("we"), operating the MyDailyPocket brand, ships your orders. It forms part of our [Terms of Service].

1. Where we ship

We ship to all EU member states and to selected non-EU destinations: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

2. Dispatch and handling

  • Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bulgarian public holidays).
  • Orders are initially fulfilled from Bulgaria. As we grow, fulfilment may move to a partner within the EU; this won't change your rights under this policy.
  • Subscription orders are dispatched on each renewal, on roughly the same date each month.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your destination. As a general guide:

  • Bulgaria: typically 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of EU: typically 4–10 business days.
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: typically 5–14 business days, plus any customs processing time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and order. Any free-shipping thresholds or subscription shipping benefits will be shown at checkout.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes (non-EU orders)

For deliveries to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. Customs processing may also add to delivery time.

6. Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provide. Please give a complete, accurate delivery address — we aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Failed delivery, lost, or damaged parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered (e.g. wrong address, not collected), we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
  • If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at contacts@mydailypocket.com and we'll put it right — see your rights under our [Returns & Refunds Policy] and the "Faulty or non-conforming goods" section of our [Terms of Service].
