1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our site.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Subscriptions

  • MyDailyPocket offers subscription-only nutritional supplements. Each subscription provides a recurring monthly supply (30 scoops per pouch unless otherwise stated).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled or paused.

  • You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account or by contacting us at contacts@mydailypocket.com.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at our discretion, with prior notice where required.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU tax regulations.

  • Subscription payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method you provide.

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal until cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to update prices. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to most EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

  • Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery, at your own cost, for a refund (excluding shipping fees).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
