Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contacts@mydailypocket.com within the 14-day withdrawal period and fill out the form below.

Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplements that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning eligible products unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

Any refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
